In Norway, feriepenger is calculated as 10.2% of gross earnings from the previous year (12% for workers over 60). The employer withholds this amount and pays it out in June. Dagpenger eligibility requires prior income of at least 1.5 times the grunnbelop (G), which is adjusted annually by the government. These benefits form a core part of the Norwegian welfare model.
